United Nations Office for Disarmament Affairs Announces ‘Poster for Peace’ Contest

With the aim of increasing awareness of the need for nuclear disarmament, the United Nations Office for Disarmament Affairs is sponsoring a global United Nations “Poster for Peace” contest, inviting citizens all over the world to join in and use their artistic talents to help promote a world free of nuclear weapons.  The contest is open from 24 October 2015 to 24 January 2016.  The three top winners will be announced on 5 March 2016 and awarded monetary prizes.
